Mindfulness Meditation with Singing Bowl

from 60 and Bust by Karambir Singh Khalsa

This meditation is a combination of a mindfulness technique called "labeling" and classical conditioning.

I recorded this in my living room using a Yeti Pro mic for voice and singing bowl and a Zoom H4N Pro for room ambience. I played a Peter Hess ® Bauchschale (Belly Bowl) using a large felt mallet. The mics were run through a USB mixing board and then into QuickTime on my Macbook Pro. Mix-down was done using GarageBand. You can hear a loop of Japji Sahib playing in the background.
